I have a hunter 310 (she lies in Ibiza, Spain) - and till now we always had an inflatable and used rows to perpetuate same.

i am thinking of buying a new inflatable (a Zodiac 2m) - and a small engine.

However I dont waasnt to Position the engine in the back - next to the seats (where it really obstructs you 9
Instead I am thinking of buying an electric engine (eg a Torqueedo 9 in combination with a Generator.this would have the Advantage that I can store it horizontaly in one of the storage boxes)

Has anybody had experience with that . Where do other hunterowners store their DInghy enigines ?

Thanks for your Feedback !

Did The Same...

I also mounted mine on the port side of the pushpit. Does not interfere with the seating. Of course, this is a different model, but you may be able to do something similar.

I like the idea of the Torqueedo. I'm planning on getting one next season to replace my Mercury 3.3 two stroke. No more storing gasoline on board, and, like you said, it can be stored anywhere.
