Has anyone in Florida found a way to keep osprey from trying to roost on the windex? They've demolished 2 on my boat already this year. Is there an industrial grade windex that can stand the force of a 20 lb. osprey landing?

Dock next to a bigger boat
I had the same problem this spring as I was the first boat in the water with my new 380. As Soon as a 72 footer came into the harbor the osprey switched over to his mast. Glad his gone, although his poop isn't as tough to clean up as a cormorant's it's still a pain in the a__. -

good luck, im in seward alaska, I have the same problem but with our countrys favorite bird the bald eagle. so far this summer I have seen at least 50 boats lose wind indicators and other such devices mounted on top of masts. as you know you have one of the tallest masts in the harbor, birds really like this. may I recomend a large gun?, Ive almost been pushed to this point, my cat cant climb my mast.
