Hello, What are specs for original prop on 78 Hunter 33 w/2QM15 and KBW 10 reduction gear. The foward gear will not engage except at very low RPM's. Don't know the size of prop on boat now. I will be dry docking in a few months to repair KBW10 and replace shaft and prop as needed. thanks,,dwt

Get your specs together and give them to a reputable prop shop. They can size the propper sized prop for your engine/transmission combination. It is important to have propper tip clearance in order to minimize prop walk.
The original on same boat '80 with the same engine was a two blade 14X12. I replaced it with a three blade 13X11. The three blade runs much smoother and is better in forward and reverse. The boat is underpowered with the 2QM15. The three blade helps move the boat better.
