Years ago I went to this place http://www.bristolcushion.com/csh_main.html in Warren RI and I was able to get a close match to this pattern for my 1986 O'Day 222. I bought the material and my wife made the covers up.
If you plan on doing it yourself as we did, you should use a hot knife to cut this material or it will fray in time. I really don't know if these people did the cushions for O'Day back then. You can always ask them. I love this pattern but I really don't think that this type of material stands up very well. If I ever redo my cushions again, I'm going with a heavier material.
