I have the same quest and problem

HI, I did some research, Those prots were made by PYHI and the larger one in the head, by Grey, both of those company are no longer in business but the parts are still available. My local Chandlery will try to order them for me. If I recall they told me the smaller ones PYHI have a gasket that is sold by the foot and you have to glue them in the groove with contact cement... If you find out more, or where to get it or otherwise let me know. I need to change all the seal and I need a new Lens smoked for the Head large port. Mario "C'est MA VIE" Hunter 29.5 1995

Replacement ports

I will keep preaching to anyone willing to listen. Get rid of those cheaply made(expensive) port lights hunter and some of the other boat builders use. I have replaced all the ports on my HC33 with New Found Metals (www.newfoundmetals.com) Trimatrix replacement ports. They are awsome and you cannot beat the price. They are fairly easy to install and look great. Contact Carli, she if the respesentative and she is awsume to work with.

Each Year...

...when I commission my boat, one of the things on my "To Do" list is to wipe all the port gaskets with Armour All (or the like). This keeps them moisturized and soft and seems to help with keeping the seal year after year. Give it a try. Only takes a few seconds of preventive maintenance. :)
