Opening port lights in 1977 Oday 25

Was rebedding my opening port lights and the outside trim ring cracked when I was tightening the screw. Anyone know where I could get a replacement trim ring piece? And Rudy doesn't sell them anymore, he said the company he used went out of business. Thank You!

I think that's going to be tough- those things are one-piece-glued-together. I tried to change out the acrylic once, and wound up cutting the thing in half just to see if it could be done - no. $150 from Rudy.....

I would use the old one as a template and make one - do you have a Tap Plastics or equivalent handy? If not you can mail order the material.

Thank you, that's the direction I was heading. I'm guessing PVC sheeting may work. Any thoughts on that?
