I finally installed it on my 2 year old MacBookAir. That went smoothly as soon as I enabled installation of software not from the Apple Store or approved developers.
I am getting ready for a regatta this weekend and want to print a chart of the race area and the marks which are specified in the SI's. The problem is that I can't seem to have it print the chart at all. All I get when I select print is the numeral "1" in the preview field. Do I have to highlight the chart or select it somewhere? Any help?

Some folks talk of printing from a screenshot pasted to a word-processing program, but that info is a few years old.

Thanks. I was able to print the chart by selecting "PDF" and selecting "Open PDF in Preview" and then "Print."

Open the toolbox menu. ON the settings menu you will find a printing section. Check the box to show printer icon. check OK. now you will see the printer icon in the top row of controls....
