Its resting in very soft sand/grass. It is unusually low, although I also am usually berthed in a marina. And what you don't see is about 5 yards further out and 20 yards south (parallel to the shore line) is a C22 sitting up, so it seems that low tide, not really flat sea floor = sitting dry.

AZ guy - it is a swing keel, and most of the weight is on the hull, the keel is just keeping it leaning over
