I decided to replace my battery charger so did an online search and found a unit that I liked a Guest charger. then I googled guest chargers and they came up with liquid diet marine as having the best price. Well I ordered it and they tacked on $15 dollars for shipping it via UPS. Well UPS would not deliver the package unless I signed for it. They wanted to deliver it between 2 and 5 PM. I guess that someone forgot that most of us have to work to be able to buy our boats and boat stuff. UPS say that it's liquid diets fault for asking for a in person signature. I am really unhappy and will never deal with liquid diet again and will avoid UPS as much as possible. The whole idea of on-line is for it to be easy!!!!!!!!! I would have had the charger two weeks ago if I had just drove 20 miles to west marine. Now I still don't have a battery charger!!!!!!!

Sorry you're unhappy but...................

Liquid Diet did their job and shipped the product, and UPS did their job and brought the product to your door. Why blame them? Tom s/v GAIA

When you purchase something online

there is usually a spot for a small message. You should include instructions not to request a signature for delivery. I have been in your position and is highly anoying to have to go to the post office and stand in line one their working hours for something you paid to have delivered to your home. Just take at as lesson and next time you will be wiser.

Liquid Diet

..is simply asking for proof of delivery. Your signature confirms that you did in fact get your package. As a shipper I face the same problem, verifying that the product was delivered. Some unscrupulous people might turn around after receiving a no signature package and claim it never came.
