One more thing ... feeling pressured

I'm scared to "plug in" the hose into the water pressure fitting on the outside of the boat. Can anyone tell me more about this? Will this by pass the PAR pump? Does it automatically feed the pressure water system? Seems like quite a lot of pressure on a consitent basis plugged into the boat. Any confidence building in my direction would be appreciated.

Not a Hunter option

Eric: This was not a Hunter option. Who really knows how it was installed. There have been several posts about this type of an installation over the past couple of months. I would suggest that you check out the archives. The general feeling is that you NEVER, EVER leave the boat with the dock water connected to the boat. Weather you decide to use the system is a personal decision.

Eric, Peggy, the "head Mistress" must be off line

but she is very, very vocal about this type of hook up! As she says, "it is not a question of if it will fail, rather, of when it will fail." Therefore you should never leave the boat with it hooked up and sleeping aboard might be re-thought. Ray S/V Speedy

Not offline...:)

This topic has been covered several times in considerable detail ..I don't think anything more can be added that can't be found by searching the archives. In fact, I doubt if there are very many questions left to ask any more that can't be answered by searching the archives or the references libraries.
