After winterizing, does it matter if the taps are left opened or closed ?

Leave 'em open

So that any water left in the line can drain.If you store on the hard, leave all seacocks open too.

One more thought, do you pump plumbing anti-freeze through the manual and automatic bilge pumps. Some do locally, some don't.
