One battary terminal corrosion, seven not

I have 4 battaries in my house bank. 7 of the terminals are always corrosion free but the pos terminal that is connected to the bus bar corrodes up with the green crud stuff after a few months. What is going on here?

Is it a wet battery and does the cable run directly over the vents - could it be venting acid on that cable? Check for cracks in the case near that positive terminal as well.

if its a wet cell, been there done that. the battery is gassing. time to replace it.

It is possible that the one post on the problem battery is porous. If the acid wicks to the surface it will corrode.
