all, I don't have a cleat in the anchor locker so I want to put one in. On my 1990 Cat 28, there is a small ~1x1 triangular piece of teak at the bow end of the V berth. I took this off and it only gives me access to about the bottom 5" of the anchor locker! There a fiberglass piece as (not sure how to put this) a recessed cieling right there forward of the little shelf. I'm not sure what's up there or how I remove the piece to get at the rest of the anchor locker from the inside. There are no visable screws although there is a slight gap on either side of it and the hull. NOTE: this is forward of the V berth hatch. Any ideas?
