Its just some square tube

When I had my C22 it had a extendable tounge. And yes its for launching in shallow conditions. All it consisted of was a 2 or 3 inch piece of square tube steel with a trailer hitch ball reciever welded to the end. it had a 1/2" pin at the trailer that you would pull out and then just pull the toungue out to its 10' extended length and then put the pin in a hole at the other end of the tube about 2' from the end of the square tube. The overall length of the square tube was 12'. I don't know what kind of suppliers you have in the area, but I get all my steel from a local metal scrap yard. There you pay by the pound, not what it is. If you don't have a scrap yard as the other respondent said weld shops have steel suppliers or call a regular steel supplier for a price.
