Pass along my experience yesterday for whatever it is worth. I needed a new gasket for my head and the West catalog had two rebuild kits, one kit was about $45.00, the other was about $65.00. My modem was acting up so I called West and after waiting on hold so long I was able to go back on line. After looking up the kits I also discovereed that they sold the parts individually and I ended up saving around $30.00. The moral of the story is that the online catalog is more in depth than the printed version.
