OMC Saildrive Parts Interchangeability

Can any sailor tell me if I can use a 1977 OMC Saildrive parts bookto order parts for a 1981 15hp OMC Zephyr Saildrive? The engines have differentmodel numbers. I'm having trouble finding a 1981 Manual.Please help my rebuildproject?..........................................................Joe
