I just removed an OMC SailDrive from my ODay 23 with no intentions of putting it back I am going to an outboard for simplicity. Has anyone ever done this and what process was used to fill the gaping hole in the bottom of the boat.
Found it. What are you going to do with the old motor? I would love to have it. Does it have the alternator kit? I have been looking for one of those for quite some time.
