Peggy, is there a Compact II and a PHC or are they the same? I think I'm seeing a Compact II that has a list price of $259 and sells for $184 and a PHC in the chandlery that has a list price of $298 and sells for $238. Are they the same or different? Which one is the "best buy"? Email me if you can.

Two different toilets, Andy

If you go to the Raritan site http://www.raritaneng.com/products/toilets/index.htmland look at the photos of the PH II (PHC uses the same pump) and the Compact II, you'll see that the pumps look entirely different. For starters, PH pump handle is a lever...the Compact pump is like a bicycle pump. Go with the PHC. PH II/PHC pump is a real "workhorse"...the Compact II, like most compact toilets, is a "light duty" toilet that doesn't have nearly the pumping power or lifespan of the PH II.
