Last week I tried to post a picture of a boat ladder that I had built over on the MacGregor page of this site. Something went wrong and it didn't post properly. I left a message for Phil Herring asking him to help me figure out what I had done wrong. After a number of days without receiving a response to my query, I posted the same question on this page yesterday morning. Now I come back to find that not only have I not received an answer, but my posting has been removed! What's up with that? Did I somehow (inadvertantly) manage to make the powers that be angry? Are only certain people allowed to post pictures of their projects here? Should I simply forget about it and find another sailing BBS to chat on? (can anyone recommend a better site?) I thought postings were only removed if someone got outta line or starting flaming somebody, which I have NEVER done...maybe I'm just not taking the hint... Later, Jeff

I posted a picture of my new curtains last night and it didn't come up either. Everything seemed to work OK but it didn't appear like it does today. Phil had then written a note to me says how good the picture looked. He could see it. I wrote right back, explained the problem on my end and the picture was up in seconds. That sure is a lot of mumbo-jumbo to describe a computer bug. And Phil was up late last night so he's getting his beauty sleep now.
