Following the excellent advise from this forum - Thank You all - I have abandoned the idea of spray expansion foam in the forward V-berth area of my Mac V 22 and have opted for the foam peanut suggestion which was recommended by several and endorsed by many.QUESTION: As I only want to pack and store this stuff once ... what suggestions do you have for a container within which to pack the peanuts and shove then into the voids. One of the original suggestions were plastic garbage bags. My fear is that they may develope rub spots or tears thereby compromising the water tight quality of the container - should I even worry about that? My neighbour suggested packing the peanuts into those heavy freezer food saver bags and sealing those - seems a little extreme (and expensive).I'm also thinkinhg of stuffing the void below the cockpit with the same method, so I would really appreciate your collective (or individual) wisdom.Ideas?ThanksRichard P.S. only +2 celsius and raining this a.m. on our side of the Rockies. Damn cold for sailing! Snowing this morning in Edmonton! Yuk
