OK or Bogus marine Supply outfit

I'm looking for anyone with experience buying from Marine Supply Direct.com ... http://marines in Tuckahoe, NJ 08250 ?
They show some great pricing on their web site, but before I spend severl hundred dollars on a purchase , I'd like to know that are legitimate.
Problem: I've called and left messages several times and several e-mails requesting information. No one ever picks up the phone, and also have not retured a single e-mail over 2 weeks time.

This makes me suspect.......
Any experience buying from this web site would be appreciated.

No response after two weeks is a BIG red flag. But even if they are legitimate, they carry a pretty limited selection of products, at least in their plumbing dept....Jabsco and portapotties are their only toilets, no hoses that anyone really needs. I checked a couple of other categories, equally as limited.
Have you checked the online store right here on this site?? It carries a HUGE selection of everything, prices are competitive if not the lowest, and they can order just about anything you need for less than you can find it most other places.
