When my 3GMF get's to operating temp (10-15 min.), the warning buzzer starts "chirpping" at normal operating RPM's, and buzzer/oil pressure light goes off at idle speed. Have changed the oil/oil filter (20W50 recommended for down here), checked level. Don't know what else to do. Any suggestions

Bad sending unit/sensor

If you're positive that the oil level is OK you may have a bad sending unit/sensor. I'd check with your local Yanmar dealer about a replacement. I don't know your engine so I don't know how difficult it would be to replace but I don't think it should be too bad. You may be able to remove yours and have it tested before replacing it.

Have you tested??????

Have you connected a known correct oil pressure guage to be certain oil pressure is good? how about a known good temp guage? You just might have low pressure or high temperature. These are the first things you have to know.
