Anyone out there with an oil injected Suzuki outboard? My early 90's DT8C leaks when tilted or stored on it's side. The oil tank cap as well as the oil level sensor both snap into the tank - and both are quite loose. I tried a new cap and it's still faitly loose once snapped on. There are molded ribs on each, maybe a small O ring would fit between them and seal better - maybe teflon tape? Or - just mix oil with the gas and forget the injection? I noticed a HUGE thread on several outboard sites relating to the "trust factor" with oil injection. I see it as an advantage - but when it leaked a quart of oil into our van carpet, I said a few bad words about it... Chris
