Oil Filter

Hello, everyone.Just getting ready to change my oil in my atomic 4. This is the first year we have had the boat and i have no manuals or any for the motor.I was looking around it and i dont seem to see an oil filter, is there one on the atomic 4?Thanksjamie snodgrass

Jamie for what its worth I cant imagine atomic building a engine with out a filter so what I would ask you to do is get in touch with the atomic manufacture and have them help you I.D. you engine for your own benifit and maybe they can refer you to the proper repair or service manual they are worth it at just about any cost. hey what boat you have? cat27?maybe a 30? come on now let us know maybe some one eles has had the delema. best wishes JAKE on a the falcon

No Filter

The A-4 does not have an oil filter. That is why you need to change your oil regularly.Don't worry about the lack of filter. A-4's are long lived reliable engines.
