Oh Joy resto 12/28/09

Went up to Oh Joy again today with the Grandsons. i managed to pull the chainplate partner after some judicious pounding on the bolts to get them out.

You can see the size of the bolts that hold it in place. What a pain to get out...

The clamp came out, once I had the boys loosen it, with a hammer and pry bar.

Nasty ain't it. to think my upper chainplate was attached to this...

The rest of it looks fairly good.

Now I can cut the sawn clamp and laminate it without worrying about bending stresses. This was the piece I was digging for these last four months.

Wordpad. I just do the text, double space, drop in the <img> tag from the picture on Photobucket for the photo, double space again and go forward. Nothing fancy... Once the post is laid out, I copy and paste it into the post window.

Did you reduce the size of the picture files before you dropped them into Word Pad ??
What size were they reduced to ??
