You must be kidding? The h27 Cherubini is a sturdy built boat, comfortable for it's length but it is no more than a coastal pocket cruiser. Any boat can go offshore in calm seas but when making an offshore passage you cannot predict or guarantee fair weather for the duration. I'm not saying that an h27 cannot be outfitted to make such a trip but the cost would probably exceed its reasonable worth. The boat has a few weaknesses, Plastic portholes, plastic hatches, small water and fuel capacities, small cockpit scoopers. The age of the rig and steering mechanism would be a matter of concern. The h27 has excellent stability ratios but offshore ther is no substitute for size, the waves just come in one size and they are not proportionally sized to a boat's length.
