Rust bust
Kevin, This is pretty nebulous thar mate, how bad is it, etc? If not too bad, grind the worst out, or if just weeping rust apply ospho phosphate direct with preliminarys, fare with red-hand, epoxy/microballoon or some guys use bondo in a non-structural fill like this, and it works. epoxy paint over, then bottom paint. You don't even NEED to fare it, you can epoxy over the ospho if you're not concerned with losing a tenth fo a knot or so...;-) T
