Victor;
Yes, I fear that shipping a complete manual to Brazil would get pricey! I once had someone in Finland order one and that was $$$, luckily, they had relatives in the States that were scheduled to visit them and I ended up shipping to that person who then hand-delivered the booklet.
I'll see what I have scanned for pictures/diagrams, unfortunately, I don't have the full manual in a Digital form yet. I am naturally very protective of the drawings and diagrams from my Manual, but have attached a few below. I can also scan a copy of the original O'DAY Rigging Sheet tomorrow. Most of these scans are already on-line in some of my postings on this web-site, so I'll post them here. I can answer any questions about the rigging if unclear. Ironically, I have accumulated most of this info long AFTER I sold my Widgeon!
I also have the 1980 Brochure, and so will see what I can get for pictures from that (rigigng would be pretty much same as 1981.
Wonderful — this has already helped me a lot!
Especially because yesterday I didn’t have internet access, so I need to save everything whenever I can get Wi-Fi.
We rigged the boat for the first time yesterday. There were probably several things done wrong and a few parts are still missing, but we were able to sail already, which was great!
I’ll take some time to carefully study your posts and gradually restore the boat. I’m really finding this boat amazing.
If more questions come up, I’ll post them later — but in any case, this has already helped me a great deal.
I’ll also see if I can ask someone in the USA to bring me a printed copy of the manual. I’d really like to have the complete version in print.
Thanks again, and best regards!
