O'Day Sprite

I am having a '59 O'Day Sprite rehabed, and my marina has almost completed the project. The hull is sharp looking. Mostly all new stuff except for the basic hull and centerboard. During "sea trials" I ran into problem with the rudder. I had picked an old rudder out of the gear locker that looked about the right size, but is too small. Boat does not control well in gusts and has too much weather helm. Can anyone give me the dimensions of an O'Day Sprite rudder blade? And, possibly a source for similar sized rudder?
