Not sure if anyone has done this but I've recreated the O'day logo's in Adobe Illustrator (can port to whatever format people need). They are a little over 2" tall top of D to bottom of Y (need to measure an actual one for height).

See how that works for you. Century Gothic is pretty thin so I stroke it to get the thicker look. Only issue is it can change the way the font looks a little. See if that suits you or take a picture of your logo so I can get a better feel for it. I can also email you the .eps file which is a vector based graphic. Any sign place that cuts vinyl should be able to take that file and scale it up or down to any size you like without changing the look of the image.

The forum will not let you post an .ai or .eps file. Best I can do is email the file to you. I have gone ahead and created most of the common sizes from 27 to 40. Just a matter of swapping out the numerics. I've also converted everything to paths so as long as its scale is locked it will maintain aspect ratio.

you guys should check with 25yearslater He made a mold of the logo and made new ones. Maybe your CAD file can be used on a 3D printer to make plastic logos?
Possibly. I checked my print vs the 34 thst is currently in the yard next to mine height is good the factory is a little thicker. Kind of liking it a tad thinner
Just taped in place for reference. Going to revise my boat name. Blue paint was still wet but you can get a reference of decal size

I haven't tried making the metal logo yet. But I could do that for sure. The 3d printer idea is great
Here is the 322 logo. Let me know if the spacing on the 322 looks right. By default the 2's touched so I adjusted the kerning a bit. I compared what I've done to a 34 that is in the yard with me and the old logo's are a little bit thicker. I can adjust that pretty easy. Best thing to do is print it out and compare to what you currently have.
