I want to thank everyone for their responses to my request for used Daysailer sails. Sadly when I went to look at this boat it was not what the seller represented it as. I am continuing to look but will hopefully find a complete boat in my price range. I will be removing this add shortly.
Thank you,
Comet

Welcome to SBO, Comet. You will very likely find everything you are looking for here. These are the best bunch of sailors on the Internet. Someone will be able to help you.
O'Day Daysailers look like very sweet boats. I hope it works out for you. I have a Mariner 19. I'm sorry I don't have a source for used sails for you. I would recommend you consider new sails, as older, possibly "worn-out" sails are a lot less efficient than new and you can tell the difference in performance: speed, heeling and pointing angle upwind. If you just want a knock-about to get on the water and under a sail, used is as good as new.
You live in one of the best areas for sailing. Good luck on your purchase and have fun.

Thanks Will. I am looking forward to making a decision on the boat this coming Sunday. I am hopeful that we will find a set of sails for the boat on this site. You mentioned some very good points regarding new and used sails which I will keep in mind should the decision be a positive one.

Have you spoken with Rudy and D & R Marine in SE Massachusetts? At least he should be aware of a good source in
or near New England.. ....What great boats....! Patrick in Wichita

Bacon Sails seems to have sails only for larger O'Days, 19' and up. I'm looking for a Genoa for my DS...
