Oday 39 Mainsheet and mainsail configuration

Couple of things. I trying to see how other Oday 39 owners have their mainsheets rigged, I find the way it is on my boat pretty hard to pull (see pic below). Also as the sheet comes back to the winch it rubs against the track supports (was thinking about adding a guide or a line clutch at that point).
Another question I have is about the mainsail and mast bending. My main has about 7 inches of luff curve. Was wondering if anyone has ever looked at their sail and seen a similar luff curve (was told this is excessive by one source and cannot seem to get a strait answer on how much luff curve a normal mainsail should have for a straight mast? Is anyone bending their mast, if so how much?
Thank you,
Henry

It would be much more useful to take a look at the flying shape. While sailing a close reach or close haul, take a picture of the mainsail looking straight up vertically, Position the camera at the middle of the foot. Try to get the whole luff and leech in the picture, and all the way to the head of the sail.

Like this:
(BTW, the draft on this mainsail is MUCH too deep)
