O'Day 39 Bow Pulpit

After an unfortunate towing incident this weekend I am on the prowl for a replacement bow pulpit for my O'Day 39. Have pinged DR Marine and another manufacturer, but so far no luck. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated!

have one made. There are shops that build t tops and custom fabrication. Give them the old one to copy

Get one made locally. If you have one shipped, it comes in a RIDICULOUSLY LARGE BOX. Big dollars to ship.

You would be surprised how easy it is to repair a badly mangled pulpit. At the very least, it will provide a guide to making aa new one.

Nearly every welding shop has a table shown below. My pulpit was in bad shape and it was easily bent back into shape even replacing a few tubes in less than an hour.
note that the base of all four legs lay flat onto a single plane.

I would give Rudy at DR a call. Some rough weather caught mine on a dolphin pole a few years ago and I bought a new one for my 39 a few years ago and it worked great.
