Olivier - Haven't done it on a 37, though I am doing it on my c25. Conceptually, they're all similar. I am bring back my main halyard, topping lift, two reef lines, outhaul, and spinnaker halyard. At a minimum, the halyard, topping lift and reef lines ought to come back because if you can't reef its not worth it. I am adding a new halyard winch to the doghouse so that the mast mounted winches are still useable incase I need them. Schaefer turning blocks and deck organizers. Spinlock XA rope clutches. You may need to go up to XT's depending on your line sizes. Look around on the web - there are tons of sites with infor on doing this, along with lots of people who say the friction in the systems overwhelms their usefulness. I'm convinced opposite.
