oday 37 center cockpit cabin sole

I would like to make a teak and holly cabin sole in the main cabin of my oday 37 center cokpit. The fiberglass with non-skid is in poor cosmetic shape and I like the look of teak-holly. Anyone know of a place to purchase patterns or pre-cut material for this job. Any info appreciated.

Teak & Holly sole

Put T&H in my OD34 about 10 years ago and it came out great and still looks great. I don't think you'll find any patterns and I wouldn't trust them regardless. I made a paper pattern and then converted that to cheap luan plywood. I precision fit the luan and then used that to cut the T&H. T&H is very expensive so I felt the extra step of luan to assure a perfect fit was worth it. I varnished the T&H surface but epoxy sealed the back and edges before installing. It has held up perfectly with only an additional coat of varnish every few years.
