Oday 35 keel bolts bonding

Cleaning the bilge on our new to us Oday 35
I found several keel bolt plates (washers) that had suspicious weld marks that make me wonder if the bonding straps were originally run to all the bolts and not just a few .
Can some one verify this for me ?

Don’t know about the O’Day 35, but on my O’Day 322, only 1 of the keel bolts is tied into the grounding wire.

On my 35 the bonding wires go to one keel bolt only.
