I removed my main sheet on newly purchased ODay 31 to clean it. Now don't know how to route it.
There are 3 blocks on the boom and a triple block on the traveler. But I do not see how to route the main sheet using more than 2 of the 3 pulleys at the traveler. Also the main sheet emerges from the traveler too high to turn on the deck mounted winch efficiently.

I can't see how yours is laid out, but there should be what is called a becket which is where your attachment begins (rope would have a small eye for this attachment)....from there it is going to run up or down at an angle to the other block and back and forth ending up at a block w/ cam cleat on the traveler (assume)...plan to have enough extra line so that the line can extend to the wheel or tiller so you don't have to leave the helm to let your main out or bring it in....you could end up with a 6 to 1 purchase, plus or minus...you can actually have too much purchase if your blocks don't run really free where the main will barely go out on it's own in light winds..

I've got a drawing that one of the Harken brother's drew for my wife at the
Newport Boat Show showing a main sheet w/ blocks, leading back to the traveler....It's really nice being able to operate all the lines from the helm of a boat like yours. I had my traveler fixed with cheek blocks and and again extra line so I can adjust it from the helm as well....assuming I'm single
handling the boat...same with the boom vang, which comes back to a line stopper near the stb. cabin top winch. good luck, Patrick in Wichita

There's an idea: go to the Harken website, and they'll have all sorts of block and running rigging layouts. Match one to what you have.

Here is a pic from my 31. Hope it helps. If it looks the same as yours but you still have problems let me know and I'll explain where the lines run.
