Any one know the make of the manual bilge pump ?
Bought the boat and it is missing.

Any reason why it HAS to be same make/model (which, depending on the age of your boat, may not still be available), not just the same type/size that may or may not be even better quality?

Two reasons it would help him Peggy is one..have the mounting holes line up and two ...not many pumps are made to be mounted with the pump handle straight out as O'day did.

Weeelll....valid reasons, but it's a good idea to fill and re-drill mounting bolt holes 'cuz even a millimeter of difference in the size of the new bolts vs the old (think new "made in china' vs old "made in USA") can leave you with a wobbly pump. And is there any reason why the pump handle HAS to be straight out? Or that the pump HAS to be in the original location? Boat builders don't always put stuff in the best place...more often than not, things go in the easiest places to put 'em.
Not trying to be argumentative, just trying to open up the possibility of additional options if he can't find an identical replacement?

I believe the pump you are looking for is a Viking Bulkhead 1-1/2" Part No 70-50007 mfg'd by Johnson Pump.

I replaced mine on my O'Day 28. It was an exact replacement. Took a few minutes. No new holes or drilling required. I special ordered the pump from West Marine. It was a bit pricey but the ease of installation was well worth it.

They also stock the square "o" rings, valves and other parts.

I am currently installing a GH-M500D, and felt that the deck mount and included access hatch would be easier to use on our boat.
