Oday 272 vs. Precision 27

I lost my Oday 272 last Aug. because of a lightning strike and I'm searching for a replacement. I found a Precision 27 which I'm thinking about buying. Can anyone tell me the comparision between the two boats. The Precision's price tend to run about 10% to 15% higher and it has a more open floor plan but what about the quality of construction and sailing charactoristics. Thank YouDoug Dannen

Doug:While I can't speak to the quality of the Precision 27, I know where you can find another 272 (LE model) if you're interested -- I'm selling mine. It's a 1988, in very good condition, ready to sail away once you roll on a fresh coat of bottom paint. Email me or post back to the Forum if you'd like full details and photos.
