The former owner did some "updating".
On the fresh water supply, I don't see a Pump on the sinks, is there a pressure pump on the tank, or near the tank?

Most smaller cruisers use a hand pump at the sink. If your boat does not have these, look in the storage areas for a pump. You can also follow the water hose from the sink back to the tank.
