Hi All, Bought my 27 last year, came with the little yanmar 8hp diesel. The boat was derelict in the marina, and got it pretty cheap...I got it all cleaned up, and sailing/motoring great, but I am worried about the prop and shaft. They are both bronze, and because nobody worried about cathodic protection or anything else for years, there is a lot of pink showing on the prop and shaft. I probably should change them out before something breaks... Anybody have any specs on the shaft diameter, length, and the size of the prop? Any body have an old one laying around if they swapped the inboard for an outboard? Appreciate any info anybody might have.
