O'day 27 keel bolts problem

Last year I had a tiny seepage into my bilge through at least one keel bolt. This year, my second time out, I sailed twelve miles in rather heavy weather and discovered the whole bilge was so full it overflowed onto the cabin floor. Can this be cured by tightening the keel bolts without hauling the boat -- or must the boat be hauled out? And, if hauled out, what is the remedy? ANYBODY HAD THIS PROBLEM? Can I still sail my boat till I can get the problem fixed? It looks like it could get worse and worse?

keel reseat

think that it would be a good idea to get/do a keel reseal/seat. if leaking that bad, the keel may be 'swinging' sideways and could leave the boat. a grounding could rip it out, and that would be REAL expensive plus the tow/salvage costs added to hull repair added to keel reseal. this is gen a professional repair job for most boaters due to weights involved. atleast have it looked at by a yard.
