Almost the same boat
In reality, the O'Day 26 is just a slightly "restyled" O'Day 25. The Galley is slightly different, the stove is moved "around the corner" from the athwartships galley to the side of the hull. The galley is shortened and a real ladder is used for the caompanionway. The shape of the cabin trunk is also restyled.Basic dimensions are below:O'Day 25 (K/CB)LOA: 24'10" LWL: 21' Beam: 8'Draft: 2'3"/6'0" sail area: 270 sqftDisplacement: 4007# Ballast: 1775#O'Day 26 (K/CB)LOA: 25'8.5" LWL: 21'7" Beam: 8'Draft: 2'6"/6'0" Sail Area: 278 sqftDisplacement: 4,800# Ballast: 1,850#Either boat was offered as a deep-Fin keel model as well, with a 4'6" draft, and a 2' taller mast than the K/CB model.
