Rudy at D&R Marine has all that info and can get you a new mast, price is not going to be "cheap".... but then that is not just Rudy, masts are not inexpensive. You could also give DWYER Aluminum Masts a call, they are in Connecticut and made the masts for many O'DAY boats. Dwyer sells mast "kits" as well, so you could save $$ by assembling the mast yourself. Perhaps Rig-Rite in East Greenwich, RI (unless they've moved?) would have a suitable mast. No matter who you ultimately get a mast from, they will need to know if you have a K/CB or deep-keel model 25 since the masts are different (deep-keel has a 2' taller mast, 31' long instead of 29').
You could check with Newport Nautical in Wickford or Newport, they are a marine consignment store and may have used/surplus masts. Marine Consignment of Wickford (and Mystic, CT) is another source perhaps.
Dwyer section dimensions are 3.5" x 5" (DM-500)
D&R price is: $3K complete with all rigging (more than you paid for the boat I suspect?)
