Dodgers, or crash hoods, are usually custom made. What might be right for one sailer may not work for another. For example, the one in the picture looks very tall to me. A tall helmsman may be able to look over it to see. A shorter helmsman would have to look thru the plastic window. One size doesn't fit all.
The company Sailright has instructions on how to make a dodger. Local sailmakers will able to design and make one too. In US coastal areas there are many companies who specialize in making all sorts of enclosures. I expect that is so in France too. It's best to use a local company who can visit your boat to measure and fit it.
