Oday 25 1996 Value

I have a critical need to determine the value of my 1979 Oday 25 back in 1996. Any suggestions on how to do this?

Try the public library for old Soundings copies

The first thought that came to my mind is to see if yourlocal library archivesSoundings magazine. If they do you could look at their boats for sale ads from that time period to get an average asking price for Oday 25s at that time. Another possibility would be to contact a boat broker. My guess is that they would keep old blue book copies on file for several years.I would be interested to hear what you find out, since my 25 is a 1979.

Check http://www2.nadaguides.com/, that will tell you whats it's worth today. You'd have to see if you can get ahold of a copy from 1996 for the info you require though...Josh

O'Day 25 Value

I recently purchased a 1979 O'Day.I Used the Marine N.A.D.A Guide for older boats it can be found at the library. It will give you a basic idea of it's value.Many Libraries archive older issues.
