The teak hatch runners on my 240 finally wore out and I have a new pair sitting in the garage. Anyone ever tackled the job or removing the old ones a replacing them with new ones? Is this a project that one can accomplish without any particular skills and or tools (beyond a hammer, screwdriver and pair of vice grips..) How much agony am I in for on this project??

I removed mine

a couple of weeks ago to refinish and rebed them. Removed the bungs from slides and backed the screws out with a phillips screwdriver. It was about half hours work. Had them back on the next day, replaced the bungs (WM had these) and applied several coats of teak oil. Wouldn't think the 240 is that much different than a 23. Steve
