The sink was on a a shelf that slide under the starboard cockpit seat above the settee. The drain hose ran through the bulkhead under the cockpit to a thru hull just above the waterline. The water tank fit into the recess aft of the settee in a small box (about 3" tall) screwed to the floor. The sink bowl was raised about 2" with a box on the sliding shelf to help it drain and keep it above the water when heeled. The sliding shelf is the same design as the port side for the stove if you still have a shelf on that side. At least that's the way it used to be on mine. I would show pictures but I didn't take any before I remodeled.

I have an oval sink of that type that came out of a 1978 25 - I guess I will have to list it in the classifieds. literally threw out the old water tank this past weekend! Will post a picture and such in the classifieds .
I kept the lights, just replaced the bulbs with LED bulbs.
