our 23 is missing the bulkhead door separating the salon from the head compartment.
Would anybody have any photo's or measurement/templates for fabricating a new one?

We were initially thinking of just hanging a curtain, but I'd rather have the door if it's not too much trouble.

Is this the same design as the O'Day 22? We are thinking of removing the door on ours. It is in great condition, but we want to open up the space.

I don't have the dimensions for the original door - but it was just a rectangular piece of plywood with a handle and a latch, nothing more. So just measure your space and cut one to fit.

We just replaced our door with a curtain and it's so much better - functionally and aesthetically. It's on a track to slide back and forth. The curtain has two snaps and can either be snapped "open" on the compression post or snapped "closed" on the port bulkhead when privacy is needed. Pretty cheap and very easy to do if you can handle some very basic sewing. If either of you are interested I could explain the list of materials and steps for that in a more depth.
