Oday 22 Dartmouth --
Hi, There are a small number of O'Day 22 yachts in the UK. I'm fortunate to own one of them, and think she's a lovely little boat. I understand that they were built in the UK by a short-lived firm called Island Yachts, mostly for export to Europe. Unfortunately, I know nothing more about their manufacture in the UK. Does anybody know what year(s) they were built in the UK, please? I'd also be grateful for any other details anyone could give me about the UK version. Thanks!

I believe that Island Yachts, the short-lived company who built the O'Day 22 in the UK, was based on Canvey Island. I sail her along the southern coast of Devon and Cornwall.
